A Substantial Collection of Lithographs by Honoré Daumier encompassing the artist's entire graphic work, amounting to 3,237 of the 4,001 prints listed by Loys Delteil, including the complete series of Émotions Parisiennes, Physionomies tragico-classiques, Les Canotiers Parisiens, Les Étrangers à Paris, Physionomie de l'Assemblée and many others, most of the collection from the editions with text verso (of which 33 after Daumier, including 24
wood-engravings), but including 127 sur blanc, of which nineteen with handcolouring and three proofs, and 49 duplicates; each mounted and contained in 74 buff linen-covered boxes with linen and ivory fasteners; including the complete bound collection of La Caricature, of which ten of the Daumier plates with handcolouring (Volumes I-X, 1830-1835); together with Loys Delteil's catalogue raisonné in eleven volumes, Hazard-Delteil's in one volume, Honoré Daumier, Sein Holzschnittwerk by Arthur Rümann in one volume and Daumier, L'Oeuvre Gravé du Maître in two volumes (a collection)
