A CONTINENTAL RESTAURANT CELLAR
Lots 101 to 249 represent a second tranche of wines removed from the extensive cellars of the Dutch Restaurant Groot Paardenburg, famous for it's traditional cuisine and fine cellar. Collected over a period of some 30 years, the wines have lain undisturbed since original purchase in the restaurant's temperature controlled cellars. The constant 12øC and high humidity have ensured the wines are in generally excellent condition but the majority have bin-soiled labels.
