A Dutch mahogany sideboard 'klapbuffet'

The associated eared rounded rectangular hinged top with two hinged shelves to the reverse, enclosing a leaf and a sliding leaf opening up to a bassin (now lacking), above two short drawers and a simulated short drawer, above two long drawers and a shaped apron centred by a foliate clasp, on cabriole legs headed by husk trails terminating in foliate scrolled sabots, with a paper label to the reverse inscribed White&Co Ltd./no. 55/lot 1736/London, restorations and replacements, re-mounted
