A MID-GEORGIAN MAHOGANY AND NEEDLEWORK TRIPOD TABLE
The oval tilt-top with a panel of gros and petit point wool and silk needlework embroidered with monkeys holding flowers, a blue and white teapot, cups and saucers, spoons and other vessels, within a frame of scrolling foliage and flowers, and cartouches to each side, dated 1716X EW & EIE, on a baluster shaft and cabriole legs
