A Victorian walnut side chair of 17th Century design with pierced and foliate carved top rail, the oval canework back flanked by spirally- turned columns, the canework seat on spirally-turned tapering supports joined by similar stretchers; and an oak armchair, the pierced top carved with c-scrolls above two moulded vertical splats flanked by s-scrolls divided by foliage, the panelled seat flanked by upward slightly out-scrolling armests, on turned baluster supports joined by a carved front stretcher centred by a flowerhead (2)
