A hammered silver table cigar lighter of Roman lamp form on spreading circular base with reeded strap handle, the detachable cover with flame finial, with Latin inscription, by Omar Ramsden, 1926, signed Omar Ramsden me fecit, weight 5.5oz., 6½in. wide.
