The recipient of the above jersey and cap is unknown. However, it was originally given to the Scotland goalkeeper Matthew Dickie who made three International appearances for his country between 1897 and 1900. Dickie joined Rangers from Renton in April 1895 and won four League Championships and three Scottish Cup winner's medals before being transferred to Clyde in 1904.
