The hunter case decorated to the front with a portrait of His Highness the Maharaja of Patiala, Sir Bhupinder Singh (1891 - 1938), the reverse decorated with the Coat of Arms for Patiala, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals for the hours, subsidiary seconds dial and blued steel hands, with keyless lever minute repeating movement (watch glass deficient)
