Probably modelled by J. J. Kändler, each seated on the edge of a shell-moulded basin, Summer holding two ears of corn and in a white scarf, spotted shawl, yellow bodice, white apron and pink skirt, Winter warming his hands over a fire and in fur-lined grey hat and pink jacket, flowered waistcoat, turquoise breeches and skates, on circular mound bases (restoration to her left arm, sleeves, ears of corn, edge of apron, he with restoration to edge of jacket and hat, some chipping to extremities), blue crossed swords marks
