The recumbent beasts with elaborate green headdresses and jewelled diadems and necklaces and with manganese outlined wings, their tails moulded and curled over their lioness flanks, on manganese, green, yellow and blue scroll-moulded rectangular bases (one sphinx with minor restoration to diadem and edge of one wing, the other cracked across flank and repaired, both with some glaze flaking), manganese Fff marks
