Of serpentine outline, with a pierced three-quarter gallery, above a shaped glazed door flanked by a pair of glazed side panels, with a mirrored interior, the bombé lower part decorated with three Vernis Martin panels and fitted with a fall front opening to reveal a pigeon-hole and four small drawers, with a leather-lined writing surface, on scrolled square-tapering legs headed by rams' masks and with foliate-cast pieds-de-biche sabots
