A CASED PAIR OF IRISH 38-BORE PERCUSSION BOX-LOCK POCKET PISTOLS

With sighted short etched twist octagonal barrels, pierced platinum plugs, blued cap-retaining springs, scroll engraved actions, side-hammers, flattened chequered walnut butts each with cavaties for balls and caps covered by a hinged border engraved blued iron extension of the top-strap, engraved blued iron trigger-guards, stirrup ramrods, and some original finish: in contemporary fitted mahogany case lined in plum velvet, with accessories including three-way flask (escutcheon missing from lid)
