Each of vase form and on spreading circular foot chased with anthemion and stylised foliate decoration, the partly-fluted bodies cast and chased with classical scences, on one side Victory in her Chariot and on the other the godess of Plenty in her chariot pulled by oxen, with scroll and rosette handles with serpent terminals, two on square plint and two on round plinths, each chased with a band on acanthus and stylised foliage, each engraved with presentation inscription, marked on vases and plinths
