woodcut, 1898-9, on wove paper, presumably from the edition published by Eugène Druet, Paris, circa 1918 (M., K. & J. record six impressions in this edition; there was an earlier contemporary edition of about 35, and another posthumous edition of 25 published in 1928), with margins, a deckle edge at the left, a few pale scattered foxmarks, some surface abrasions at the upper reverse sheet edge due to the removal of tape, a soft diagonal crease at the left, otherwise generally in good condition
