etching printed with tone, 1905, on Van Gelder, second (final) state, one of 250 impressions after steel-facing printed on this paper by Vollard in 1913 (there were a further 27 or 29 on Japan), with margins, one or two small pale stains in the lower centre of the subject, some pale discolouration and one or two foxmarks in the margins, the remains of old tape at the upper reverse sheet corners, visible recto, otherwise generally in good condition
