After receiving his MA in film and television at the Royal College of Art, Albert Watson moved to Los Angeles where he concentrated on still photography for advertising. His major client was Max Factor whom he worked with for several years after. From 1974 he began travelling to New York, working for GQ, Mademoiselle and Vogue International. He has exhibited his work in the United States and Canada.
