Note: Spence (P.xvi) states that four such proofs were printed by Perkins Bacon before defacement of the stone, which was presented to the Royal Philatelic Society. These proofs were distributed to 1) The King, 2) British Museum, 3) Victoria Memorial Calcutta and 4) Royal Philatelic Society. This fifth (?) example ex Wilmot Corfield, then Curator of the R.P.S. Stamp Collection
