The drum case surmounted by a figure of bacchus, supported by an elephant with attendants, on a naturalistic base and pierced scrolling plinth, the white enamel dial with Roman hours and Arabic minutes with pierced gilt hands and inscribed MONBRO AINE A PARIS, JACQUIER HER., the twin barrel movement with countwheel strike on bell, the backplate stamped and numbered JAPY FRERES, 8O25*2
