A FRENCH AND ORMOLU MOUNTED VITRINE, LATE 19TH CENTURY, in the Louis XV/XVI transitional style
Surmounted by a marble top, the frieze with Classical floral garlands and central tablet with goats and a basket of flowers, enclosed by a bevelled glazed panel door with roundel relief medallion below depicting a Classical female figure with similar glazed panel sides, with rounded corners applied with Neoclassical ornament on cabriole legs trailing two foliate scroll sabots
