etchings, circa 1775, the first series on Colonna Trajana (F. 551-73), with two frontispieces, portrait of Pope Clement XIV, after I. D. Porta by D. Cunego (not called for by Focillon) and pls. III-XIV and XVI-XXI, lacking pl. XV, pls. XX-XXI by F. Piranesi, pls. XV and XVII with the plate numbers in pen and ink, the second series on Colonna Antonina (F. 574-6) complete with set of three sheets, F. 574-5 by F. Piranesi, F. 576 and 574 numbered respectively pls. VI-VII in pen and ink, the third series on Colonna Antonio Pio e Faustina (F. 577-82) compelte with set of six sheets, F> 577-9 and 581-2 by F. Piranesi, F. 579-80, 582 and 581 numbered respectively pls. II-V in pen and ink, bound (not in Pocillon's sequence), with twenty plates on the Pantheon by F. Piranesi (pls. II, IV-V, X-XI, XIII-XIV, XVI-XXVIII, of which eight have the pl. no. wholly or partly in pena nd ink) and an impression of H.2 from Vedute di Roma, the top edge of F. 574 with short tears and some surface dirt, generally in good condition, marbled boards, calf corners and spine, front and back loose, some defects
