A PAIR OF GILT-METAL-MOUNTED SÈVRES-PATTERN DARK-BLUE-GROUND URN-SHAPED VASES AND COVERS, painted in the style of Morin with continuous friezes of figures and shipping in extensive mountainous estuaries, within 'jewelled' and gilt outlines, the shoulders and lower bodies moulded with bands of laurel-wreaths, scrolls and leaves enriched in gilding and with fluted necks and stems, on square bases, mounted with grape finials and two double angular handles with pinecone finials and pendent laurel-wreaths (some 'jewels' lacking, slight wear to gilding and scratches to lower bodies), blue interlaced L marks, circa 1860
