A FAMILLE ROSE ARMORIAL PART DINNER-SERVICE painted with a central scene depicting a lady using an abacus on a counter in a pavilion, conversing with a gentleman holding a fan in one hand and a peach in the other, beside a dog on a terrace, all being watched by a boy peeping through a moon gate, beneath a coat-of-arms surmounted by a crest at the border, reserved on a gilt scrolling ground with camaieu rose cartouches and blue enamel flower-sprays within a narrow band of blue trellis-pattern, comprising:
A pair of oblong octagonal tureens, covers and stands with hare-head handles and flower-head finials, the stands 37.7cm. wide
Eight oblong octagonal dishes from 40.8cm. wide to 28.8cm. wide,
Eleven octagonal dishes 21.8cm. wide
