Inlaid overall with banding and foliate sprays, the rectangular top with moulded cornice, above a frieze drawer and two doors enclosing a burr-walnut veneered fitted interior with later variously-sized blue paper-lined drawers flanking a central door enclosing further drawers and two shelves, above a spreading long drawer, the lower section with a tapering central drawer flanked by a small drawer on either side and two doors enclosing one shelf, on later bun feet, the lower moulding later, minor restorations to the drawers, restorations
