The cartouche-shaped plate within a moulded frame with foliate clasps, flanked by rocaille and cabochon scrolls and surmounted by a multi-facetted cabochon and ribbed finial, the shaped apron issuing a later scrolling fluted branch terminating in a circular dished drip-pan and reeded nozzle, restorations to the glass
