One engraved half-page map, with letterpress beneath, hand-coloured aquatint additional title, folding frontispiece and 20 plates by D.Havell after Haseler, with two additional hand-coloured aquatint plates by Havell after Haseler ('Woolbrook Cottage...' and 'Powys Cottage...', both with 1819 imprint)(imprints of some plates close-shaved). Contemporary calf gilt (corners rubbed, joints weak). Provenance: Sir Joseph Scott, Bart. (inscription).

ONE OF THE FIFTY ORIGINAL SUBSCRIBERS COPIES. Sir Joseph appears in the subscriber's list, and his residence (Belmont House) is depicted in plate 17. The purchase of Woolbrook Cottage by the Duke and Dutchess of Kent is noted in manuscript at the foot of the Woolbrook plate. The two additional plates feature in the 1821 re-issue of this work.
