FIRST EDITION, FIRST ISSUE BOUND FROM THE PARTS. VERY RARE: 'THE PARTS ISSUE IS UNKNOWN' (Cohn). The work was apparently completed in 12 parts priced at 3/= each, all but the last part including an explanation of the plates on the inside of the wrappers. Cohn 264; Tooley 197.
