A HANDSOMELY MOUNTED DAISHO, the daito honzukuri, iorimune, kogissaki and toriizori with full length grooves and machi-okuri nakago signed Bishu Osafune ju Morimutsu and dated Oei juyonen (1407), 59.1 cm. long; the shoto, hirazukuri, iorimune and toriizori with dragon swallowing a ken horimono on omote and futasujibi on ura with a tama in an auspicious cloud, itame hada mixed with a little masame and suguba-komidare hamon of kanie, ubu nakago inscribed Yamashiro Kuni Nishi ju Umetada Hikozaemon Muneyoshi, and Anei sannen (1774) hachigatsu no hi, horu dosaku, 35.5 cm. long; with brown ishimejinuri scabbards and with kogai and kozuka, these with the tsuba and fuchi inscribed Omori Eishu (daito saya lacking kojiri)
