A MEISSEN FIGURE OF A BUGLER in a black tricorn hat, yellow jacket with blue collar and cuffs, a purple sash, white trousers and long black boots, standing with his left arm on his hip and his right holding up the trumpet which he is vigorously blowing, on a scroll- moulded mound base enriched with gilding and applied with flowers (restoration to bugle), circa 1745
