A PAIR OF ORMOLU-MOUNTED RED GRIOTTE MARBLE URNS
Each with two putti supporting a cone-shaped vase with foliate boss and a band of dancing maidens below a Vitruvian-scroll band with grotesque horned beasts to two sides, surmounted by a domed lid with palmette and lotus-leaf clasp and a fruiting finial, on a rounded rectangular base with laurel band and a winged eagle within a laurel-wreath to the front, above a further stiff-leaf band and a conforming plinth on six toupie feet, one foot later, one lid with restored crack
