woodcut, 1921, on soft, fibrous, Japan with wirelines, second (final) state, a fine, black impression, with the stamped signature (L. 1570c), with margins, a deckle edge at the left, two soft horizontal creases (one lower centre, the other towards the upper edge), a small stain (grease spot?) just showing below the edge of the woman's dress, some soft creases (mainly at the sheet edges and in the character of the paper), a pen and ink number 'KH82' verso, generally in very good condition
