One bottle was opened for identification. The cork was branded WARRE'S VINTAGE 1927
Tasting Note: glorious colour, warm ruddy tawny with mature amber edge; lovely, harmonious bouquet, very slight hint of raisins; still sweet, assertive, well endowed with alcohol, tannin and acidity, lovely texture. Lots 434 and 435 have exceptionally high levels, almost up to corks, lot 436 high levels well into neck, lot 437 two top and two upper-shoulder 2 bottles per lot
