A SET OF FOUR CHINESE EXPORT BLACK AND GILT-JAPANNED SIDE CHAIRS decorated overall with chinoiserie floral trails and scrolls, each with rectangular back with vase-shaped splat decorated with an urn, above a padded drop-in seat covered in differing pale material, on cabriole legs joined by baluster stretchers and on pad feet, 18th Century, several sections of stretcher replaced, with Chinese character marks, one with paper label inscribed in ink 208H, formerly caned, (4)
