A BURR WALNUT BUREAU-BOOKCASE featherbanded overall, with moulded cavetto cornice above a pair of moulded panelled later glazed doors enclosing a green silk-lined fitted interior, above seven pigeon-holes and four drawers with later candle-slides, the lower section with hinged green leather-lined fall-front enclosing a fitted interior of pigeon-holes and drawers above a well, with two short and two long drawers and on later bracket feet, with two later walnut panels fitted for the glazed sections of the doors, extensive restorations, the feet re-supported, one loper replaced, the metalwork later, one drawer relined, reveneered, basically early 18th Century
