signed again, dated and inscribed on a label attached to the reverse Come Children, the shadows are beginning to lengthen and Grandpa is waiting with Prince and by the time we arrived home it would be bedtime for George. It was the last of our summer outings for in a few more days we would be back in Lees. We must say goodbye to Grandpa, Grandma and Prince and Blackpool, but, whenever we ate the apples from the farm at St. Michael's we would be reminded of the lovely time we had gathering them and before going to Grandpa and the wagonette we saw the cows come to the pond for a drink before going to be milked, even Miss Carter (who wore pink) said, "it was one of the happiest days of the summer, and the year was 1907.
