These fine contemporary(?) copies are of professional quality but we have been unable to find any trace of Janet Douglas. Bauer's Delineations was published in three parts between 1796 and 1803, the first two limited to 80 copies, the third to 50, with thirty plates of Ericas. Roxburgh's work consisted of 300 plates published in three volumes between 1795 and 1819. See Dunthorne pp.175 & 237.
