A GOTHIC CARVED STONE FOLLY, of octagonal form with sub-cusped cinque-foiled ogee arches, pierced with quatrefoils and supported by cluster columns with mask carved capitals, the castellated upper part centred with an armorial shield beneath a crocketed domed roof and flame finial, the solid base with blind arches centred with a step, (lower section of base missing, small chips and old repairs) circa 1860
