A set of three values on laid paper and in designs similar to the 1893-94 issue though with value lettering and colours of the 1a. and 2a. quite different from the aforementioned design; comprising ½a. in sage-green, 1a. in deep carmine and 2a. in deep dull blue, the first and last showing traces of coloured rouletting; some damp spotting and 2a. with tear in margin. A very unusual trio sold on their merits.
