A WESTERWALD GREY STONEWARE OVIFORM ARMORIAL JUG applied with moulded crowned accollée coat-of-arms on a octagonal panel and flanked by a meandering flowering plant with incised stems and applied leaves and flowers, the cylindrical neck and foot with a band of horizontal ribs (slight chip to handle terminal and crack to underside of base), late 17th century, 20cm. high; and a Raeren stoneware oviform jug partly applied with a brown glaze, the cylindrical neck moulded with lion's heads between strapwork (chips to rim), late 17th century
