(Lacking final leaf (?blank), some staining, marginal tears in upper margins not affecting text, final leaves soiled.) Contemporary limp vellum, fore-edge ties, inscription on spine in 17th-century hand (some ink spots). Provenance: Edward Stokes (17th-century ownership inscription); George Goyder (bookplate).
