The inscriptions are partly illegible. Those that can be read translate: by the order of ... the confidant of the Sultan, the special General and Adjutant of His Majesty, ..., while in the centre is the usual punning signature of Fath'ala Shirazi with the date 1297 (1879-80 AD)
