One side stained red, with two extra white pawns, king -- 3 1/8in. (8cm.), pawn -- 1 7/16in. (3.6cm.) high; and a Victorian ivory barleycorn pattern chess set, mid 19th century, one side stained green, the kings surmounted with Maltese crosses -- 4½in. (11.4cm.), pawn -- 1 5/8in. (4.2cm.) high (2)
