Probably Iran, 10th/11th century
Sura al-saba, XXXIV, vv. 32-3 and 43-4, manuscript on parchment, each folio with 5ll. of very elegant sepia Eastern kufic, letter pointing in sepia, tashdid in blue, hamza in green, vocalisation marked with red and yellow dots, gold rosettes between verses, slight staining
Single folio 5¾ x 4¼in. (14.5 x 11cm.)
