With curving sides and no rim on a short foot, the white interior painted in cobalt-blue, turquoise and red within black outlines with a central floral spray issuing a variety of tulips and carnations, a small medallion and fish-scale panel above, in a narrow black and white zigzag border, the reverse with alternating paired tulips and rosettes, overpainted crack, otherwise intact
