Marked J.E. Caldwell & Co., Philadelphia, circa 1880
Comprising: coffee pot, teapot, cream jug, covered sugar bowl and waste bowl, each of squat globular form with bands of floral repousse and repeating leaves, with rusticated loop handles and scroll spouts, the pots with hinged slightly domed covers with ball finials, the sugar bowl with matching removable cover, each piece with monogram underside of foot.
