A GOLD-MOUNTED SCENT-BOTTLE OF 'GIRL IN A SWING' TYPE and a Derby stopper, modelled as a Chinese family, the seated man wearing black conical hat, puce-lined yellow jacket and black trousers with a child in turquoise robes on his lap, his companion standing beside wearing a white robe painted with flowers and puce underskirt, before a tree-stump applied with berried foliage, the underside to the green mound base with a pink rose, the stopper with flower finial (repair through top of tree-trunk, chip to tip of his hat and one shoe and chips to foliage, finial a Derby replacement and with restorations and chips), circa 1755
