In its Purdey leather full-length case with a leather telescope-case, a sling and a canvas slip and a box with two reloading-dies. 100 cartridges for this rifle will be made available to the buyer of the lot

Purdey records confirm that this rifle was retailed by them in 1912. The telescope has quickly-detachable mounts and a tunnel in the front mount permits alternative use of the open-sights with the telescope mounted
