OFFICE/3/NOV/1896/HLABISA" and "INGWAVUMA/3/NOV/1896/ZULULAND", each on small piece and affixed to the letter, which includes, "I have received letters asking me if Rubber Postmarks are genuine. All our Postal Agencies use rubber stamps. I enclose specimens which please do not trouble to return. Collectors appear to be under the impression that rubber stamps are fiscal defacements.
