A FURTHER TRANCHE OF FINE COTE-ROTIE FROM DERVIEUX Lying London, S.E.1 Offered in original cartons The cellars of Albert Dervieux are located in the small town of Verenay in the Northern Rhône. The wines are made from low yields, are fined with egg whites, but not filtered, they are aged for two to two and a half years in large old oak fourdres. Dervieux's wines are backward when young and very long-lived, becoming rich and full-bodied when mature Dervieux produces 1.200 to 1,500 cases a year from three differednt Côte-Rôtie vineyards. They are called Fontgent, La Garde (made from fifteen to twenty-five year old vines on the Côte Blonde and including 5 Viognier) and La Viaillière (made from fifty-five year old vines on the Côte Brune)
