on piece -- 4d. slate-blue and 4d. steel-blue (2), lightly cancelled "2" in oval of bars and tied on 1865 large piece to Scotland; one of each colour with three good to large margins, the other touched at foot. A rare franking. P.F.S.A. Certificate (1983) states "stamps are creased". S.G. 19b,c.
