A PAIR OF GEORGE III PAINTED SATINWOOD AND PARCEL-GILT SIDE TABLES, each with later semi-elliptical top centred by a musical trophy in a beaded border, the top banded with trailing flowers, the fluted frieze centred by a musical trophy, on turned tapering fluted legs headed by flowerheads and on turned feet, variations in width and depth, the bases previously ebonised but originally gilt, the centres of the friezes possibly later, one inscribed in chalk FLEMING 165
